ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS' COMMITTEE ON FREE EXPRESSION

Board and university policies and practices reflect and promote constitutional protections for free speech and expression. The 最新麻豆免费看' Committee on Free Expression was established pursuant to state statute to further promote freedom of expression on Arizona鈥檚 public university campuses.
Regents' Cup
Regents' Cup is a tri-university speech and debate competition presented by the 最新麻豆免费看. Student orators attending 最新麻豆免费看State University, Northern 最新麻豆免费看University or the University of 最新麻豆免费看represent their university at this annual event in Oxford debate and Storytelling categories. The Regents' Cup honors participants for articulating different points of view in an environment where competitors remain civil and respectful.
FIRE RATINGS
The board and Arizona鈥檚 public universities protect and ensure intellectual freedom and free expression at its institutions. All three of Arizona鈥檚 public universities maintain the highest green light rating from the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE), recognizing the commitment of the board and the universities to free speech. 最新麻豆免费看is the only public university system in the country to have all of its universities achieve this standard.
