The �����鶹��ѿ� selected SP&A Executive Search to assist with the national search for the 23rd president of the University of Arizona. 

SP&A Executive Search is a boutique woman- and minority-owned executive search firm specializing in and exclusively dedicated to serving the higher education and non-profit sectors. 

The firm successfully helped to identify Northern �����鶹��ѿ�University President Dr. José Luis Cruz Rivera in 2021 when the board undertook a national search for a dynamic, accountable and innovative president.

The board announced the formation the U�����鶹��ѿ�Presidential Search Advisory Committee last week, which has already begun its work in earnest. The public is invited to attend a town hall on April 24 to provide feedback about the search process as well as the leadership characteristics for the next president of the university.
